Well I thought I would continue with a second episode of veil instead of starting something new this week to change things up a bit.
Episode 2
EXT STREET NEAR ALLEY
NATASHA is holding her shoes in one hand and box of chicken and chips in the other.
NATASHA
Oi you taking the lad home or not I went to get going.
CASEY (OC)
You had your chance with his mate.
NATASHA
Ah no thank you did you see the state of him.
NATASHA sits down and starts eating her chicken.
NATASHA
Talk about slim picnicking’s but that’s Wednesday night for ya.
SFX: THE SOUND OF STATIC FOLLOWED BY A MUFFLED SCREAM FROM THE ALLEY.
NATASHA
What was that? You alright girl?
NATASHA
Casey?
CASEY emerges from the alley her makeup smudge and her dress hanging off one shoulder.
NATASHA
What happened where’s the lad?
CASEY
(detached)
Gone
NATASHA
You mean he had his end away and left.
CASEY
(detatched)
Something like that
NATASHA
Tosser! You want the rest of the chicken?
CASEY
(detached)
No I already ate.
